Shopping Cart Procedures and Notes
1. After you've finished adding everything to the shopping cart that you want to purchase, click on the Check Out button. Fill in all of your billing information. If your Shipping Address is different from your Billing Address fill it in. Allow 10 seconds or so to pass and the page should automatically refresh itself. If for some reason it doesn't, simply click on the Refresh button. At this point more shipping options will be available to choose from. Choose your Shipping Method from the drop down menu and you should be good to go. Remember, patience is a virtue.
2. Our shopping cart uses real-time shipping calculations from the USPS and UPS websites. If their websites are offline, the shipping methods available may look different than normal.
3. The USPS shipping options may include selections like Parcel Select or Standard Post. If these options are selected your order will ship by Priority Mail and your order will be eligible for the same refund or credit procedure that applies to Priority Mail as described in the Navigation Bar on the right.
Shipping Options
PRIORITY MAIL — Best combination of cost and speed. Small quantities of booklets are shipped FIRST CLASS. Delivery time: 3-5 days.
MEDIA MAIL — Cheapest but slowest. Delivery time: 3-10 days. We are unable to include the free brochure in Media Mail shipments per postal regulations.
UPS — Comparable to PRIORITY MAIL. Delivery time: 2-6 days. Contact us for UPS shipping costs unless ordering online.

New Life Foundation has pledged to keep Vernon Howard’s teachings as affordable as possible. This includes your shipping costs. That means almost all of our orders are shipped using Priority Mail (unless you choose UPS) and will arrive to you in 2 or 3 days. Please remember that during the holidays it might take a little longer. If you fail to receive your package in a timely fashion please don't hesitate to contact us.
Be aware that the initial shipping charge you see in the shopping cart for Priority Mail (or other USPS methods) can be significantly higher than the final shipping charge you will actually be paying. We will give you a refund or credit for the difference when your initial shipping charge exceeds our actual shipping cost by $5.00 or more.
